The Journey to MISS FLORIDA’S TEEN Begins Here…

Are you the next one to join the CLASS of 2025?

To compete in the Miss Northeast Florida’s Teen Competition December 14, 2024 a teen candidate must meet all of the following requirements below. Miss Northeast Florida’s Teen Competition is OPEN STATEWIDE.

Step 1: Determine Your Eligibility

To compete for Miss Northeast Florida’s Teen , Miss St. Augustine’s Teen and Miss First Coast’s Teen 2025 - December 14, 2024

Eligibility for 2026 and beyond.

To become a local or state participant for the Competition Cycle 2026, (some states starting locals in March of 2024) competing as a State Titleholder at nationals in January 2026, you must meet the age criteria as shown below.  

  • Teen Candidate 13-18 - must be 14 by state competition as of June 22, 2025 and no older than 18 at state competition as of June 22, 2025.


For All Ages you must ALSO meet criteria as shown below:

  • Be a United States citizen

  • Be a female

  • Single

  • No legal dependents

  • Meet residency requirements for competing in your city or state

Must fulfill one of the following:

  • Be a resident in Florida

  • Be enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited public or private school, or home schooled

Step 2: Register with the Miss America Scholarship Program ($39.99)

Step 3: Register with Miss Northeast Florida Scholarship Competition ($125.00)

Areas of Competition: 

Private Interview: Each Teen candidate participates in an individual 10-minute press conference-style interview with our panel of judges. Candidates are asked questions from their resume, social impact initiative, education, career goals and other topics decided by the judging panel.

Talent: Candidate perform a 90 second talent of their own choosing. Some possible talents include singing, dancing, gymnastics, instrumental music, monologues, baton twirling, flag routine etc.

Evening Gown: Candidate model on stage in an evening gown of her own choosing, representative of what she would wear to a formal, black tie social event.

On-Stage Interview: Candidate will be asked one question written by the judges as a continuation of their private interview.

Health and Fitness: Candidate will walk a high-energy routine with movement and posing to demonstrate commitment to health and fitness. Candidates are required to wear Rebel Athletic wear from the special Miss America collection. It is required to be Miss America Red at locals, state and national competitions.
